What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel at anytime. Your account will be remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I get started?

You can sign up at All customers get a 14 day trial. If you like what you see after 14 days, then you can choose add a payment method and continue using your Prang Dashboard.

What do I get in the subscription?

Prang Dashboard comes with a complete booking system & invoice system.

How do I redeem a referral/voucher code

Referral and Voucher codes and be added on the Company Profile Page.

Is my data secure?

Yes! Our customers’ security and privacy is our highest priority. We use cryptographic and encryption methods to protect your data.

Can I get a trial?

Yes, we believe the only way you are certain if Prang Dashboard will work is if you try it. All customers can get a 14 day trial. You will have your own account manager that can help to get you on your way.

Is my data backed up?

All data is regularly backed up and securely stored.

Is there a limit to the number of computers I can use Prang on?

No. You will never be limited to a single or a couple computers. Use the Prang Dashboard from any PC or smart phone. There is Dashboard app is available on the Play Store.

Is the Prang Dashboard App free?

Yes, the Prang Dashboard app is included with your plan.

What happens when I need help or assistance?

Every one of our customers has their own account manager. They will be able to help with training or troubleshooting any aspect of Prang Dashboard.

Can Prang take payments for my business?

Yes customers can do card payments through Prang directly to your business account.

I have used all my Text credits. What can I do now?

You can always purchase more SMS/Text credit bundles. Text bundles are available in 50, 100, 200. Credits can be carried over billing periods and will not expire.
